Support competences

In the organisation’s development process the particular attention needs to be directed towards competences that, however referred to as general, constitute an autonomic group of substantive business skills. Due to their all-embracing nature, they have repercussion on both the overall attitude of each employee and the effectiveness of performing specific tasks that the organisation requires of them. Taking into account the wide span of these competences, we recommend appropriately worked out, practical training solutions. They include skills in the field of time management, creativity development, efficient communication, public presentations, use of HR tools, as well as many other aspects building personal image of an employee and influencing the quality of their professional relations.
