FPL Management Masterclass

It is not a training.
It is a development program.

Unlike ordinary, multi-day trainings, the FPL Management Masterclass development program is 12 weeks of development at Level I and 8 weeks of development at Level II, in a formula designed with full attention to your precious time. During the program, you will complete some of the tasks on your own, online, which will allow you to fully devote the workshop sessions to practical group exercises. The M.Assessment™ competence diagnosis system will support you in the analysis of your progress.

FPL Management Masterclass has been prepared based on the analysis of management styles of global business leaders. Learn from the best practices of such people as Angela Ahrendts of Burberry, Satya Nadella of Microsoft, Carlo AnObjectiveotti of Real Madrid or Anna Wintour of Vogue.

Each module is based on a methodology that will help you develop a given competence. You will learn, among others, how to develop trust with the 5TrustDimensions™ model, develop employees in the Develop&Engange™ process, or achieve above-average business results thanks to practical KeyResultsDrivers ™ tools.

Develop yourself in the modern
blended-learning formula.

Plan 8 hours of fully focused workshop sessions and reserve an additional 45 minutes per week for your own work. Weekly online tasks will prepare you for the workshop before it starts, as well as support you in implementing new competencies into daily practice. You will sum up the whole development process during the individual session with your Mentor.

Train based on a set of 
several dozen simulation scenarios.

Transferring responsibility, giving honest and open feedback, building a positive attitude towards change – these are only some of the diverse set of dozens of managerial simulation scenarios, at difficulty levels from the simplest to the most demanding, which you will carry out with the help of a Mentor and your development group. Remember, we have prepared the whole program in such a way that 100% of your time in the group classes will be used for exercises.

Building Trust

Learn how to build trust in even the most difficult managerial situations. Practice your attitude in a variety of simulations: from your first appearance in front of a new team, to communicating a difficult decision, to receiving feedback from an employee.

Module 02 02

Developing and Engaging

Discover how to get employees engaged by focusing on supporting their development. Discover how to give meaning to their work, challenge them, delegate responsibilities, not tasks, and provide continuous feedback and recognition for their accomplishments.

Module 03 03

Achieving results

See how to organize your work effectively. Find out how often and in what format, it is best to have 1:1 meetings with your employees. Discover what tools are used by the best managers to delegate and account for work, and how the managers make time for self-improvement.

Module 04 04

Team Building

Develop a vision for your team which will be the basis for motivation and bonding among employees. Learn how to build collaborative processes. Nurture psychological safety and relationships, invest in diversity, and discover how to practically promote a culture of collaboration and winning.

Module 05 05

Organizational Improvement

Discover how to create a “continuous improvement rhythm” in your team, including actions that force bottom-up innovation and implementation of improvements. Discover how to build a positive attitude towards change and to support your team’s initiatives.
