It is not a training.
It is a development program.

This is one of the most innovative development programs for managers. It lasts 12 weeks at Level 1 and an additional 8 weeks at optional Level 2. Simulation workshop sessions and all remote online activities are carried out in a formula designed with concern for the participants’ time. A modern approach to development helps to truly increase managerial competences.

We believe that you need to learn from the best. This is why the program is conducted not on the basis of outdated management theories, but on, among others, o video analysis of the leadership styles of global business leaders. As part of your managerial development, you will learn good practices used by such authorities as: Jeff Weiner – LinkedIn, Gwynne Shotwell – SpaceX, Satya Nadella – Microsoft, Doc Rivers – Boston Celtics or Jamie Dimon – JPMorgan Chase1.

Develop yourself in the modern
blended-learning formula.

Within each module, plan 8 hours of focus on workshop sessions and reserve 45 minutes. weekly, at any time, to carry out remote online activities. The professional M.Assessment™ competency diagnosis system built into the program will help you analyze your progress on an ongoing basis, and you will summarize the entire process during a group mentoring session conducted by an experienced business mentor.

Train based on a set of 
several dozen simulation scenarios.

Don’t waste time on ineffective lectures. We fall asleep on them too! We have prepared the entire program so that 100% of your time during workshop sessions can be used for exercises. Transferring responsibility, providing honest and open feedback, building a positive attitude towards change – these are just some of the diverse set of several dozen managerial simulation scenarios that you will implement with the help of the Mentor and your group.

Building Trust

Learn to build trust even in difficult managerial situations. Practice your attitude in various simulations: from the first appearance in front of a new team, through communicating a difficult decision, to accepting feedback from an employee.

Module 02 02

Developing and Engaging

Discover how to bring out employee involvement by focusing on supporting their development. See how to give meaning to his work, challenge him, delegate responsibility and ensure constant feedback and appreciation of his achievements.

Module 03 03

Achieving results

Learn how to effectively organize your and your team’s work. See how the best managers use to-do lists and timeboxing techniques. Check how often 1:1 meetings are held and discover tools that support task delegation based on kanban boards.

Module 04 04

Team Building

Develop a vision for your team that will be the basis for motivation and bonding. Learn to strengthen the team by consciously selecting its members and striving for diversity. Discover how to resolve conflicts, build a culture of cooperation and a passion for winning.

Module 05 05

Organizational Improvement

Find out how to implement “Pulse of Development” in your team, which includes activities encouraging employees to be innovative. Discover how to build a positive attitude to change and support the initiatives of people in your team.
